How to Change the Filter in a Sprite Showerhead
- 1). Lift your Sprite shower head handle from its cradle.
- 2). Place one hand on the bottom portion of the handle (where the filter cartridge is located) and your other hand near the shower head. Twist the handle to unscrew the two pieces.
- 3). Pull the filter cartridge from the top of the handle where the handle screws into the shower head. Use your fingers (or a pair of tweezers, if necessary) to extract the cartridge.
- 4). Pull away the seals from both ends of your new filter cartridge.
- 5). Smear a dab of petroleum jelly on your index finger, and rub a small amount around the O-rings on the new cartridge.
- 6). Place the new cartridge into the handle, and push it in until it fits snugly.
- 7). Twist the two pieces of the shower handle together to screw them back into one handle.
- 8). Return the Sprite shower head to its cradle.
