Sometimes you can't help it but you just get tired of drinking water. What you can do is you can eat food which contains plenty of water. A lot of fruits and vegetables contain water that can supplement your lack of intake. Aside from water, fruits and vegetables can also provide your skin with the vitamins and minerals needed for it to look young and healthy. Living a healthy lifestyle through a healthy diet is a good way to maintain youthful looking skin.

Don't forget that exercise is good as well. If you are regularly exercising, your circulation will be improved and a better circulation will help eliminate the toxins from your body. Aside from eliminating the blots and spots from your skin, exercise will also keep you glowing.
