How to Save a Playlist to TVersity
- 1). Click “Start,” type “Windows Media Player” into the search box in the Start menu and press “Enter” to open Windows Media Player.
- 2). Drag and drop media files onto the playlist pane at the right side of the Windows Media Player window.
- 3). Click the “List Options” button at the top right corner of the playlist pane and select “Save List As.”
- 4). Click the “Save As Type” box and select “M3U Playlist.” Windows Media Player saves playlists in WPL format by default, but TVersity can’t use WPL files.
- 5). Type a name for your playlist and save it into a directory in your TVersity media library.
- 1). Open a text editor, such as Notepad, and create a new text file.
- 2). Type a list of file names into the text editor window. Add each file name onto a separate line. For example, you could type “C:/media/file.mp3” and “C:/media/file2.mp3” onto separate lines or type “File.mp3” and “File2.mp3” onto separate lines.
- 3). Save the text file with the “.pls” file extension. If you specified a full path for each media file, you can save the playlist into any directory monitored by TVersity. If you specified a list of file names, save the playlist in the same directory as the files specified inside it.
