After Hair Replacement Surgery - What to Expect
This article looks closely at the aftermath of the surgery and what you should expect.
First and foremost, how you will feel right after the surgery is done would depend on certain factors.
These could include the complexity as well as the extent of the surgical procedure.
If you have any unusual feelings, your doctor would usually help you control these, such as tightness that is excessive, aching and even throbbing.
Thankfully these can all be effectively controlled and checked with the use of highly effective pain medications.
But of course, you should always ensure that these are prescribed for you by your physician! You shouldn't expect that the bandages and stitches used for the surgery would be removed immediately.
This is far from the truth.
Instead the bandages would be removed a day later while the stitches will stay up to a week or even more, until it is removed.
During this immediate "post" surgical stage you should ensure to stay away from any strenuous exercise.
Sometimes, this "strenuous" exercise might include "sex"; as lots of patients are advised to stay away from sex until at least one week or more of the procedure.
Of course, these shouldn't be too hard for you to do, considering the benefits therein when it's all done and okay!
