You dont need anyone to tell you to stay away from foods that contain too much of sugar or too much of salt. Avoid eating foods that have fat and drink plenty of water in order to stay fit for the day.

Although certain fruits such as grapes and berries should be limited due to the sugar intake, it is necessary that fiber exist in the concoction of food intake list of options. Fiber works wonders in alleviating additional glucose which may have been accidentally consumed in the extra piece of doughnut or cake you were tempted to.

I believe your best option of foods should be the one you prepared at home. You need to eat more of cooked food than processed foods. In fact you need to stay away from processed foods and move away from those who want you to eat foods that have plenty of sugar and salt.
