People can change their lives and develop the endurance needed to achieve their goals. Addressing health problems with diet, exercise and nutrition is the first step towards building stamina. Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of purified water each day, as well as eating right can go a long way. Take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement in addition to a B-complex supplement with at least 50 mg of each of the B vitamins. These vitamins help the nervous system and increase energy levels. People who have endurance are those who have a great support system. Seek out relationships that help you to do your best and live up to your incredible human potential. Weight lifting has also been shown to help increase stamina in some people. People who have more muscle mass tend to push themselves farther in every avenue of their lives.
