Did you know that every time that you stop by your favorite fast food restaurant, you will most likely pick up tons and tons of calories in just one sitting? I mean it's called fast food for a reason! The more you eat of it, the faster you will gain from it.
And, the more you visit it, the more it will hinder you on your weight loss journey.
Let's take McDonald's calories for an example: Let's say on your lunch break you decide to take a visit to "McDonald's" to get you a quick value meal.
So, you decide to buy a Big Mac, a Large Fry, and a Large Drink.
Well, that little Big Mac, in that recycled and reshaped card board box that you just purchased.
Contains over 540 calories! Yipe! The large fry that you just could not resist, has over has over 570 calories.
That is 30 more calories than the actual Big Mac! And, last but not least, that Large drink that you need to wash it all down, has over 310 calories.
So, from that one lunch break you would have gained over One Thousand and 20 Calories alone! And, dinner did not even come yet! 1,420 calories!? This is extremely unhealthy, knowing that the recommended calorie intake is 1,200 -1,500 calories per day for women and 1,500-2,000 per day for men.
So, if you're a woman, you would have only 20 calories left to spare, for the rest of the day! Got dinner? And, If your overweight you had none to spare to begin with! Especially, if you never exercise.
So, If you visit McDonald's only 3 times a week, at any given time, you would have gained over 4,260 calories in one week, and not counting breakfast, dinner, and the occasional snack.
So next time you pass by the fattening aroma of your favorite fast food restaurant, and you are tempted to past by the "money window".
