There is a way to eat delicious foods while accelerating fat loss.
Starving yourself is the worst thing you can do which seems to be the way of the fad diets.
But if you want to lose fat and look better then follow these guidelines for a simple but very effective diet to get six pack abs.
1) Eat healthy, natural foods 90% of the time.
Some great choices are natural peanut butter, apples, and whole eggs.
These are the kinds of foods that are in their most natural state so you know that you will not get fat.
Get some protein in your diet so you will have no problem building six pack abs.
2) Drink water.
Aim to have around 1-2 glasses with each meal to help your digestive system and burn fat.
Water is a great substitute for any sugary energy drink or soda.
3) Eat 5-6 meals a day.
Try to eat every 3 hours starting with breakfast in the morning.
Bring healthy snacks with you to work.
Something like peanut butter and a banana is a very good choice.
By eating frequently you will not only stay full and satisfied but you will keep your belly fat down so you can show off your six pack abs.
4) Have some junk food.
For the other 10% of your diet as long as you eat clean natural foods you can allow yourself 3 or 4 cheat meals a week.
The rule is they cannot be any bigger than your usual meals but they can be whatever you want.
This actually helps with fat loss and you do not have to feel guilty.
Try to save up your cheat meals for when you make plans to go out to eat or whatever.
