The 35th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival is set for Saturday, March 15, 2014. The Dallas Mavericks will be the presenting sponsor of the event -- after a generous contribution from team owner Mark Cuban. The event has been named one of the best St. Patty Day Parades in the nation, the Greenville Avenue Area Business Association (GAABA), the parade organizer, promises the 35th year to be bigger and better than ever.

The Mavericks will get lots of exposure with floats featuring Mavs Dancers, Mascots and ManiAACs.

Family Friendly Event

The parade has enlarged its scope this year to be more family-friendly. One of the new additions is an exhibitor space at the Meadows Building parking lot on the corner of Greenville and Milton Street, to be coined the Mavs Corner, which will house sponsor booths, food trucks, kids activities, autographs by UFC athletes and much more.

The Big Concert

Dallas Observer and House of Blues Entertainment are presenting the St. Patrick’s Day Concert featuring LUDACRIS! Immediately after the parade you can check out the show in Energy Square at the Corner of Greenville Ave and University Blvd. Gates open at noon. That's cool!

The Dallas St. Patrick’s Parade & Festival begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014. The parade route starts on Greenville Avenue at Blackwell Street and ends at SMU Boulevard. Parade-goers are encouraged to ride DART as parking is extremely limited. Parade route recommended stations include Mockingbird Station, Lovers Lane Station and Park Lane Stations.
