Maybe you have set yourself a goal to get flatter stomach by losing a few pounds.
There are a few things for you to think about to really achieve your goal.
Just dieting might just not do the trick to get your body more toned and stomach flatter.
You also need to exercise along with your diet.
You probably know all about diet and how to eat correctly, so I'm not going to discuss about that here.
Just remember not to consume those extra calories, it is a lot easier not to consume than to burn them away by doing fat burning exercises.
But you should also do cardio exercises if you want to have more toned body.
Cardio exercising burns that excess fat and makes your dieting easier.
Remember to eat enough, if you eat too little you do not have the strength to exercise.
To get really a flatter stomach exercise 3 - 4 times a week.
Good exercises to firm your body throughout and to burn fat are those.
which get your heart rate up.
Good examples of hard cardio are running stairs, aerobics, squash, bicycling to name a few.
To firm up your stomach you need to get firm up your abs.
For firming abs you need to do different ab exercises, choose 3 - 4 ab exercises that workout your abdominal muscles all around and do them also 3 - 4 times a week.
The key in ab exercising is to keep your exercising efficient, so that you don't need to do hundreds of abs every time.
To get flatter stomach and to lose weight, you need to diet, do fat burning exercises and to do ab exercises.
