Bellevue, Washington Area Breakfast Restaurants
- Bellevue is a fast-growing city, located just across Lake Washington from its more famous neighbor Seattle. Bellevue may have began as a Seattle suburb, but it is now one of the largest cities in the state of Washington. Like any city worth its salt, Bellevue is also home to some interesting restaurants that specialize in breakfast.
- If you are looking for some old fashioned character with your eggs, check out Chace's Pancake Corral. Open since the 1950s, Chace's serves up not only pancakes but also breakfast favorites including waffles, eggs, sausage and blintzes. Chace's also offers special combination platters like the "Teenager's Plate" featuring two pancakes, one fried egg and sausage, as well as the "Ladies' Plate," with one egg, two strips of bacon, hash browns and a piece of toast. For kids, Chace's Pancake Corral offers pancakes, served with their signature blackberry syrup.
