How to Stay Motivated in School

School, the place where socialization takes place - we learn how to mingle with others, how to be independent, disciplined and we learn all those knowledge we find quite useless and boring.
At least, it was useless to us when we were kids, when all we knew was how to 'learn' and not 'use' the knowledge we've learned.
Often times, school can get extremely boring where we just feel like dying right in class and our 'war' with ourselves just to stay awake seems to be worthless.
What do we need when this happens? Well, motivation would sure sound good enough.
It's usually easier said than done though - getting motivated and talking about motivation is two different thing! Ways I think can help us students to get motivated in school: Get involved in class Anyone can get 'exhausted' only listening to the teacher and just doing what they say.
After all, we have a mouth and a pair of eyes, we need to use them every now and then.
A long pause to them can turn it into a 'big sleep' - boredom in the general sense.
That's why, we need to make them work once in a while.
Particularly to talkative and energetic people, staying quiet can really be a pain as they are used to talking and moving about.
So, don't be afraid to talk in class and get your opinions through, just make sure you watch your manners at the same time.
Wash your face It doesn't require much effort, just ask the teacher to be excused to go to the toilet and wash your face.
When your eyes just feel dry, you need to cool it off and refresh it with a bit of water.
The whole face needs it! It's one of the many simple ways you can use to get freshen up in class and start working again.
Otherwise, you'll find yourself being woken up by a teacher and all eyes were on you, like how I did a couple of years back in my secondary school - the embarrassment! Think of your future It's not easy to think of the future when all you think about is the present life.
Most of my days before would be spent remembering the good old times I've had as a kid - the fun and joy no one can deny, but it's hardly ever been thinking about what I want to be when I grow up and what I will do to get myself there - until I got fed up of only hoping and not working! So now, daydream about your future, and make sure you use it to get yourself working towards your life's goal.
