But there may be other videos recorded by unknown people who are experts in their field.
This is particularly true of videos in specialist areas such as tai chi and yoga.

Even if you attend a class or plan to attend one a video can be a way of learning a new skill.
If you have found new yoga poses challenging in class then you can practise on your own at home.
If you intend to start a yoga class then it may give you some confidence if you have tried at home first.
