Always improve yourself.
Abstain from the television and media, surround yourself with successful people (this is easier than ever in the internet age), read or watch something empowering for at least 30 minutes per day, keep a sound diet and exercise regiment, treasure the time with your family and friends and take some time for yourself each day.
