Asthma is one disease wherein the bronchioles of the person's lungs develop the tendency to be really very sensitive to environmental triggers or factors which may lead to the swelling in lungs thus reducing the surface area for the air or oxygen in the lungs.. One may use extraction fan in the areas prone to mould growth like the bathrooms.
B) One should avoid pollen grains because the Pollen grains which one sees in the flowers & grasses may trigger asthma.
C) The smoke & aroma observed while cooking may be one of the major cause for asthma. One must use an extraction fan to avoid such a problem and prevent the infants from falling prey to asthma.
D) One must prevent from coming in contact with the dust particles. Dust being an allergen may become a cause for asthma. The house should be clean and tidy and regularly vacuuming should be done.
E). contact from the various insects should be avoided. There are basically 2 types of bugs. The dust mites & the cockroaches, these are the famous asthma aggravator. It is observed that a number of people might inhale the microscopic parts of the cockroach & even the faces of the dust mites. It's quite impossible for a person to get away from these mites, as they are available in each and every house. These are really harmful for a person and may become a reason for the asthmatic attack.
