  There are more than 400 motorcycle clubs in Ohio. Ohio is home to several major sites including the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, NFL Hall of Fame and the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum. The Appalachian Mountains make their way though the state of Ohio and offer spectacular views. Motorcyclists can find several ways to experience Ohio's combination of wide open roads and scenic hillsides.
  
  

Weeklong Biker Bash

• The American Bikers Aimed Towards Education (ABATE) hosts the Annual Bike Week in Sandusky each year in June. This week-long event features a bike display show, live music acts, swap meet, antique bike show and several vendors selling various items of interest to bikers, such as helmets, t-shirts, buckles, patches and jackets. A majority of the events are free but some charge a fee. A local area for camping and sleeping under the stars is available at the local Rockin' Horse Campgrounds.
  
  

Ohio River

• The Ohio River offers long picturesque views for sightseers. While riding a motorcycle, guests can visit the Old Lock and Dam, Three Rivers Stadium, Fort Rueben and ride along the Ohio River Scenic Byway. The Ohio River Scenic Byway is comprised of several state highways that run parallel to the Ohio River. This Byway runs more than 900 miles long and extends through three states.
  
  

Vintage Motorcycle Days

• Held every year in July, the AMA hosts the annual Vintage Motorcycle Days. This event features some of the most antique Classic motorcycles on display. Sitting on over 30 acres of land, the events features a swap meet, food, music and nightly stunt shows. Vendors attending the festival offer such items as new bike parts, biker memorabilia, fork boots, wheels and other items useful to a bike owner. Many manufacturers have booths on the grounds to showcase new items they will be releasing the next season. Some professionals attending the events offer motorcycle demonstration rides and others compete in vintage motorcycle racing events. There's also the AMA racing events by class for riders with various degrees of experience. All of the proceeds from the benefit go to the support of the AMA's Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum.
