Okay, so you want to know how to burn stomach fat.

The Importance of Exercise Exercise is very important.
If you currently don't do much exercise, then the number 1 priority for you right now is to get off your butt and do some exercise now.

Building Muscle Once you are getting more used to being generally active in your daily life, and you feel that you overall fitness level is increasing, it's worth adding in some exercises that strengthen your muscles.
