How to Wash Crocs
- 1). Run the Crocs under the tap of the bathtub. Use warm water and your fingers to loosen dirt and debris stuck on the shoes.
- 2). Fill a bucket with warm water. Add a few squirts of dish soap to the bucket.
- 3). Dip a rag into the bucket of soapy water. Wring out the rag to remove excess water.
- 4). Wipe down the Crocs with the rag and soapy water. Rinse the shoes under plain water and dry with a clean rag.
- 5). Add a capful of bleach to the soapy water if the Crocs still are dirty. Place one shoe at a time in the bucket of water, scrubbing with a scrub brush while the shoe is still submerged. Rinse the Crocs in plain water and dry with a clean rag.
- 6). Place your Crocs in the dishwasher for an alternative cleaning method. Fill the soap dispenser with dishwashing detergent and run a normal wash cycle. Do not put the Crocs in the dishwasher with dishes. You can, however, place other items such as toys, garden tools and other shoes in with the Crocs. Dry the shoes with a clean rag after the wash cycle has completed.
- 7). Wear your Crocs in the shower for mild cleaning. The warm water will remove loose dirt and grime from the shoes. Dry the Crocs with a clean rag after showering.
- 8). Use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to remove some stains and scuffs from your Crocs. Dampen the eraser with water and wring it out well. Rub the eraser over the marks on the shoes until they are gone.
