Bingo games are no more considered as just a casino game. Yes, the game has turned out to be quite popular as one of the family games. In the present time, bingo is played in private parties and at home as well. It has certainly provided us an easy way to socialize and get together with friends and family members.

With the passage of time, people have developed several ways to play the game. Some like to mark on paper, and some choose cardboard for the game. Paper or cardboard are used for marking the numbers that are generated on random basis. In a bingo card, the numbers are basically divided into 5 rows and 5 spaces or columns (B, I, N, G, or O). The game incorporates several versions of game play for the winning combination.

Line Bingo

This sort of bingo provides a choice for card marking. In this game, a line is made to form a winning bingo card. You can expect the line to be vertical, diagonal, or horizontal; and, it can even incorporate a free spot right in the midpoint of the card.

T-Bingo

In T-Bingo, a player has to mark the winning bingo card with a t-shape. The acceptable positions for the t-shape are ride-side up position (it would incorporate entire numbers in the column N, including the top row), up down T (it should also encompass the whole row N and its bottom row as well), and the side T (it should contain the middle row of numbers and either the whole O column or B).

U-Bingo

In this type of bingo, you are required to form a U shape to emerge as the winner. The acceptable positions are sideways, upside down, or right-side up. In order to create right-side up shape, you will have to mark the whole bottom row, along with the whole O and B columns. In the case of upside down, the columns O and B should be marked, along with the top row as well. In the sideways, either O or B column has to be marked.

Square Bingo

This type of bingo is usually played by going for a square just about the exterior of the bingo card. In other words, you would have to fill up the bottom and top rows of numbers; along with, the O and B columns as well.

Blackout Bingo

It is definitely the toughest and longest type of bingo games. In this game, the whole card of 25 squares has to be marked.
