Israel Intercepting Hezbollah UAVs Exceptionally Well

It is widely known that shooting down small UAVs is almost impossible with small arms.
In fact the hand launched smaller UAVs that are radio controlled model size cannot be shot down with machine guns or small arms.
There have been several tests at army bases in the United States of America where a group of troops were told to try to shoot down a small UAV and they were unable in consecutive attempts over a four-hour period.
This makes the small UAVs that are used for surveillance by the United States Marine Corps excellent tools to spy on the enemy.
What is truly amazing is that Israel has been intercepting small and medium-sized UAVs from Hezbollah.
These small UAVs and spy drones once they cross over the border into Israel are being shot down successfully by the Israeli Defense Army.
One of the problems in the advancement of warfare is that once you design a superior weapon, generally it is not more than a few years until your enemy also has use of that weapon type.
In the case of UAVs, the guerrilla army of the international terrorist organization of Hezbollah also happens to have similar devices now.
Israel has done well in defending against these UAVs, which is a tribute to their fluidity of motion in adapting on the battlefield.
Please consider all this in 2006.
