How to Lose Love Handles at Home

The best way to lose love handles at home is by doing compound weight lifting exercises.
This is because these types of exercises not only build muscle which weighs more than fat and requires to work harder and burn more fat but because they turn your body into a fat burning furnace.
I have recently ended my gym membership with all the fancy, and useless, machines because I can actually get a better workout at home.
The compound exercises I spoke of before work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
It is really a whole body workout.
The effect this has on your body is to throw it into a metabolic shock so that you are burning calories at a higher rate for hour, if not days, after the workout is over.
Another important thing is to use a kettlebell.
This is a cannonball shaped device with a handle on it.
Because of the range of motion it allows you it allows you many more exercises than dumbbells or barbells.
It will have you winded in seconds, not minutes.
So now the workout I am doing at home which is melting the fat away pretty quickly is as follows: Day 1: Pull ups, dips, pushups, renegade rows, cross over clean and press, and bottoms up military press.
Day 2: Figure 8s, 1 handed swings, squats, straight legged dead lift, halos & lunges.
Day 3: chin ups, dips, pushups, renegade rows, clean and press, swing snatch, rows, high pulls.
Day 4: Figure 8s, 1 handed swings, lunges, dead lifts, halos, squats.
Day 5: Pull ups, dips, pushups, renegade rows, bottoms up military press, cross over clean and press, rows, swing snatch.
