In my presentation, the "5-4-3-2-1 Social Media Keep Your Sanity and Still Grow Like Crazy System," I suggested a way for business owners who are already severely strapped for time to manage their social media sites.
In this article I am going to present some ideas for 1-2 minute post on Facebook.

Be creative, have a variety of post and be sincere, authentic and of value.
Some of the video post will take longer because you have to download the video, maybe do some editing and then upload it.
I prefer to upload to YouTube, and then I can tweet about it, post it on Facebook and use it in an article like this one.
That way I get three or four uses out of it.
On Facebook, if you have a webcam, you can record a video directly to your wall and post it.
Cross post as much as you can, this will save you time.
If you post it on Facebook, then tweet about it, and then use it on Linked In or other social sites.
Have fun, relax and keep at it.
It takes time to build a presence on the social media sites.
The main thing is to be consistent and add value and meaning and integrity each time you post, tweet, share, etc.
For some examples of great post feel free to connect with me on Facebook and mention you read this article in your friend request.
BTW - always write a reference or note when sending anyone a friend request...
that is if you want them to seriously consider accepting it.
Happy posting!
