Draw two triangles 1/4 inch apart on each corner of the picture frame for angel wings. Between the wings, add a circle for the angel's head and a bell shape for the body. - 2

Pour a small amount of each color paint onto a paper plate. Use the round brush to paint the wings first. Let them dry. Define the feathers by stroking each one in place over the basic foundation color. Begin the strokes at the top tip of the wing pulling the brush toward the bottom inside point of the triangle. Continue this step until each feather is in place. - 3). Clean the brush in water and remove the excess water using a towel. Load the brush with the color chosen for the angel face and paint the circle. Let it dry and then add a second coat of paint for extra coverage. Dry it again and paint two circles for rosy cheeks, a smile. Add two dots for eyes using the point of the brush.
- 4). Paint the bell shape, taking care near the face. When the paint is dry, add dots using the wooden end of the brush dipped in the colors from the plate. If you would rather draw stripes on the gown, begin pulling the paint down from the top edge of the gown toward the bottom following the gown shape so the stripes are contoured.
