- Avoid Deep fried food.
Deep fried food especially if it has been fried in oil that is highly reactive to heat, will put in your body free radicals, and I will tell you next what free radicals are and why they are so bad for you. - Avoid Processed Food.
Processed food is basically food that has been broken down, treated with bleach or some other chemical so that it has a longer shelf life, and then put back together.
Processed food is nutrition depleted thus usually do not satisfy your hunger.
If you ever went to McDonalds and ate a mega burger or whatever they call it these days you probably noticed you were hungry again about half an hour later. - Drink a lot of fruit and vegetable juice.
Fruit and vegetables (including all types of nuts) are rich in anti oxidants.
In this modern world we inevitably breathe in free radicals.
Smoke, whether it comes from your car exhaust, your bbq, your fire place, the air we breathe (that is polluted by default), and even from your cells contain free radicals.
(Cells are burning themselves 24/7 in order to replace themselves).
A free radical is a single atom that is looking for its paired electron.
Once inside the body it will enter a healthy living cell that has a paired atom and electron and will snatch its electron.

When exercise, one must know the difference between good and bad cardio and which exercises actually causing the body to burn calorie and fat and which have the potential to actually damage the body. - Drink a lot of water.
It is recommended that once you are up first thing in the morning you should drink at least 700 ml of water.
Water flashes the body thus rid toxins that may otherwise remain inside it for another day or two.
Drinking that much water first thing in the morning will make you extract which is the first thing the body should do naturally in order to empty its toxins.
If you cannot drink that much all at once try doing it in portions. - Eat organic.
It has been talked about a lot that organic food is not necessarily better than non-organic one.
Understand this: organic food means food that has not been interfered by chemicals.
Most plants, animals and anything else we eat contain all sorts of pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics and so on.
