The numbers of plus size women in America are soaring.
A disturbing new study reveals that 50% of all women in America age 18 and over wear plus sized clothing.
This means that HALF of all adult women in America are so overweight that they must wear clothing sized 16/18 or larger.
With that fact in mind, it's no wonder that obesity related diseases, illness and deaths for American women has never been higher.
Plus size women in America are often called "Big, Beautiful Women" or "Zaftque".
While there is no doubt that these women are wonderful, the fact remains that they are a singularly unhealthy portion of the population.
Regardless of their facial beauty, wonderful personalities and caring attitudes, the plus size American woman is a ticking time bomb.
Why are there so many plus size women in America? The reasons are varied.
Women tend to stress eat, we have busy family lives and extremely demanding careers.
These 3 factors alone would account for many of the plus size women you see.
With ever greater demands being placed on women today, something eventually has to give, and that something is usually taking care of themselves.
Most women are so busy taking care of their families, they leave no time for themselves.
Women tend to give in to children's requests for fast food because they are tired from a long day's work and the thought of fighting with the children and possibly a husband to get them to eat properly is just too much.
Fast food is also widely considered to be much less trouble than preparing a home cooked meal.
But who will take care of these precious loved ones if a woman dies of obesity related disease? Has this woman who is giving up everything, including her health, for her family stopped to think about who would watch over her children or kiss her husband goodnight if she dies? Maybe the plus size women in America should take a few minutes to think about what is truly important in her life.
Being a plus sized woman may only be a number on the scale you say, but obesity related disease has the potential for family tragedy.
