How I Managed To Treat Acne the Natural Way

Unbelievable but true! I managed to treat and control my acne successfully.
What method did I adopt for acne treating? Be assured it was none of the widely advertised anti acne creams and lotions.
All that these creams and lotions do is to suppress the action of acne causing glands temporarily.
Clean clear acne free skin is a sign of overall physical health and well being.
To begin with, let us understand what acne is.
Acne is a common skin disease which affects different parts of our body like face, neck, chest and back.
Acne happens when the sebaceous glands of the skin are infected with oily toxic matter comprising of dead skin, bacteria and excess sebum oil.
Normally through the pores of the skin, oil is secreted by sebaceous glands thereby keeping the skin moisturized andlubricated.
This also protects the skin from environmental pollution.
However if the skin pores are clogged for whatever reason then the toxic waste accumulates and stays in the body itself resulting in acne or pimples.
For acne treating to be successful you need to pay particular attention to 1.
Diet and digestion has a lot to do with our general well being and acne in particular.
In fact recent research has indicated that acne is related to dyspepsia and constipation.
Addressing these should therefore be our first step in acne treating.
The surest cure therefore is to improve our diet which must not contain sugar or fat in excess since these tend to create acidity and hence dyspepsia and constipation.
If you are in the habit of consuming bread include bread made of wheat from which bran has not.
If you prefer rice in your main course ensure that it is unpolished rice.

Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
An adult should ideally consume four to five helpings of fruits and vegetables each day.
Seasonal fruits and raw vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, carrot, and cabbage should be included in your daily intake.
If you follow this dietary regimen for a couple of months your acne will reduce if not disappear.
3 Exercise for at least 4 hours a week.
It could be brisk walking or jogging with the intention of making you sweat and reactivate your skin pores to expel the toxins from the body.
4 Steaming the face is also effective in acne treating.
Make use of electronic steamer if you have one.
Alternatively you can take boiling water in a basin.
Hold your face over it in such a manner that the steam comes in contact with your face and opens the pores .
Do this for around 15 to 20 minutes.
Thereafter wipe the face and wash with cold water.
Next take a cotton swab and dip it in juice of lime and rub it gently on your face.
Let this juice stay and dry on your face after which it can be washed off again with cold water.
This cleansing is very useful in removing dirt which clogs your skin pores.
Additionally it will give a fresh glow to your face too.
