The answer is definitely: yes, garlic will lower you blood pressure.
First, let's be clear on one thing here: I'm not offering you any medical advice here; all the things I'm saying in this post are taken from my own

For a very long time, a dear friend of mine was suffering from chronic high blood pressure, he always was suffering from headaches and this let him

You take three cloves of garlic, peel them, and then take a knife and crash them.
After this, you have a very limited time to eat them before they starts oxidizing.
If you decide to chew them, you are going to suffer a lot and will make others around you suffer too, however, there is another thing you can do.
Try to swallow them directly, put in a spoon and pour some olive oil over them, then simply swallow with a lot of water, all the fat soluble compounds
are going to be transmitted to your whole body, trough olive oil, and help unclutter your veins and make blood circulate normally.
