• Use a small, disposable container to make this paint. Put enough glue into the container to make the amount of puffy paint you desire. Squeeze food coloring into the glue and mix with a toothpick. The amount of food coloring is your choice, depending on how muted or vibrant you want the puffy paint to be. Next, add some shaving cream into the colored glue, just enough to make it easy to work with. Combine together and use as you would store-bought puffy paint.
