How to Create a DVD in Adobe Photo Elements

    • 1). Insert the blank recordable DVD into the computer.

    • 2). Double-click on the Adobe Photoshop Elements icon to launch the program. Drag the video file you want to burn onto the Adobe Photoshop Elements icon--the icon is on the desktop, in the dock to the left, or at the bottom of the screen. Wait for the video file to load into Adobe Photoshop Elements.

    • 3). Click on the "Share view" drop-down menu in the "Tasks" panel to bring up a window. Click on "Disc." Click on "DVD" in the column below "Disc." Select "Disc" from the "Burn To" drop-down menu. Click "Next" to go to a new window.

    • 4). Name the DVD that you are going to make in the "Name" field. Select the name of the DVD burner drive from the drop-down menu under "Burner Location." Enter "1" in the field next to "Number of discs." Select the type of television format that is particular to your country (such as "NTSC" or "PAL") from the "Preset Selection" drop-down menu.

    • 5). Deselect the "Fit Contents to Available Space" checkbox. Slide the "Video Quality" slider all the way to the right. Click the "Burn" button to begin encoding the video file. Wait as the video file is encoded and then burned to the DVD. Quit Adobe Photoshop Elements when the DVD has been burned. Eject the DVD.
