Many people ask about burning fat and calories in order to lose weight and look better.
I will start with saying that one of the best and perhaps number one way to burn lots of fat is to eat 5-6 small balanced meals a day.
This way you turn your body into a fat and calorie burning device that will do the job for you even when you sleep.
When you eat right and exercise right you benefit your body and your body rewards you by being healthy for you.
If you eat junk and never exercise your body will punish you.
Here are the 3 Best Ways to Burn Fat and Calorie:
  1. Eat 6 small meal a day.
    Our body is designed to be fed all the time.
    Having breakfast - lunch - dinner only throughout the day is not normal for your body.
    I talk to many people who tell me they get to lunch really hungry.
    This is because most people start their day at 7am, have breakfast and then go to work.
    So from, say, 7.
    30 until 12-1pm they do not have anything to eat.
    During this time most people are very active at work which requires a lot of energy to be used so they need to replenish this energy in the process rather than wait until lunch time.
    Eating 5-6 small meals means having something to eat every 2-3 waking hours.
    This way you are being fed all the time, your body does not starve and is able to process the food in small portions.
  2. Exercise.
    Base your exercise on bursts of exertion, so that means doing squats, lunges, push-ups, sprints against the wind or up-hill, renegade rowing etc.
    All these exercises are designed to burn tons of fat and calorie and build a muscle tone for you.
    They initiate all sorts of fat and calorie burning hormones, antioxidants, pro-inflammatory response and many other goods.
    Exercise will also work on your blood stream, it is like having acupuncture, yoga, massage etc, it is such a great way to get the blood going thus give you this great feeling of high energy and the best thing is that it does not use caffeine or any other artificial substances that supposed to give a boost of energy through the day.
