Teach the members that you recruit this system and make sure that they teach the people that they recruit exactly the system.
This is the missing ingredient that is necessary to get your downline to duplicate.
3) Help your downline as much as possible Often it can be very challenging for somebody new to network marketing to get started.
Have frequent training calls to keep your downline motivated and to help them get going.
You can also start a co-op system for advertising.
This will especially help the people who are new to get going.
Once they start seeing results they will be even more motivated.
