How to Get Permanent Marker Out of a Dryer With Bleach
- 1). Slip on rubber gloves to protect your hands from the bleach solution.
- 2). Unplug the dryer's power cable from the electrical outlet. Wait for the dryer to cool before you clean it.
- 3). Pour 2 cups of warm water into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of bleach to the bowl. Dip a soft cleaning cloth into the solution, and squeeze out excess solution from the cloth.
- 4). Scrub the dryer's drum with the cloth to remove permanent marker stains. Rinse the cloth as needed.
- 5). Squeeze 1 tbsp. of dish-washing liquid into a clean bowl, and add 1 cup of warm water.
- 6). Dip a clean cloth into soap solution, and scrub inside the dryer to remove bleach residue.
- 7). Rinse the dryer's drum with a damp cloth, and wipe the inside dry with a towel or clean cloth.
