    • 1). Slowly peel the glue trap back away from the skin it has become stuck on. The trap itself should be able to be removed, leaving behind a layer of the glue which is stuck to the skin.

    • 2). Rub vegetable oil over the glue remaining on the skin, and allow it to sit for five minutes to weaken the hold of the glue.

    • 3). Wipe the glue-covered area down with the wash cloth, removing the oil and any glue which it successfully weakened.

    • 4). Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until all of the glue is off.

    • 5). Rinse the skin underneath running water and rub dry.
