Download the DVD Region+CSS Free file to the desktop (see Resources). Double-click the file to install the program onto the desktop. Restart the PC once the installation is completed.

Launch DVD Region+CSS Free by selecting it from the "Start," "All Applications" pop-up menu.

Click the "General" tab at the left side of the the program's main screen. Select "English" from the "Language" drop-down menu to the right of "General." Check the "Support all listed DVD drives" check box beneath "Language." Check the "Run self automatically at DVD program's startup" check box near the middle of the screen. Click the "OK" button.

Click the "Region+CSS" tab beneath "General." Check all of the check boxes. Click the "OK" button.

Click the "Program" tab at the left side of the program's main screen. Scroll down the list inside of the "Supported DVD programs" column until you come to "Media Player Classic." Click once on "Media Player Classic." Click the "Add" button to the right of the column. Click the "OK" button.

Click the "Add-Ons" tab at the left side of the program's main screen. Check all of the check boxes. Click the "OK" button. Quit the DVD Region+CSS Free program.

Launch Media Player Classic by selecting it from the "Start," "All Applications" pop-up menu.

Click the "Options" tab at the top of the program. Select "MPC options" from the drop-down menu.

Click on the "Playback" tab at the top of the new screen that appears. Change the video renderer from the default setting by choosing a different selection from the "Output" drop-down menu

Click the "Apply" button on the window. Click the "OK" button on the window.

Eject the drive's disk tray and place the DVD to be played onto it. Close the tray.

Click the "File" tab at the top of the Media Classic Player's main screen. Select "Open/Open File" from the drop-down menu. Click the icon of the DVD that is in the left column of the window that has appeared. Click the "Open" button at the bottom of the window.

Click the "Play" button on the Media Classic Player's control panel to play the DVD.
