As you might already know, seeing positive results from the Law of Attraction takes time.
To make the Law of Attraction really work is not easy, but many people are willing to chance their life better by applying it to their lives.
Use these Law of Attraction techniques to help you master the power of the universe.
1.
Take a deep breath and reassess your life:
If you're a newbie when it comes to the Law of Attraction, try this step first.
Stop whatever you're doing and take a moment to breathe.
Breath deep into your lungs and have a clear picture of what you want in life.
List 2-4 things on what would make you happier.
Then imagine it all coming true! Next you must practice "Letting Go".
Let go of any resistance of what's going on in your life and focus on what IS working in your life.

Allow acceptance:
Feel good about yourself and all your physical attributes.
No matter what your weight, height or skin color is, take pride in what you have.
  • Have a harmonious relationship with people, even if they rub you the wrong way.
    Even if they bother or annoy you to the boiling point, try to focus on something else than what they are doing to upset you
  • Love the important people in your life, your spouse, your children, your co-workers and etc.
  • No matter how dark and difficult life may be, try to find the simple joys and beauty of it.
  • Let others make their own choices in life, no matter what your personal opinions are.

Good feelings is more than just feeling happy:
People don't realize that being in a good mood is more than just being happy.
In essence, feelings are more than emotions, they are internal messages to your soul.
Feeling bad: your not going in the right direction and that negative feeling means something your doing isn't working and you should evaluate what is going on in your life that is making you feel this way.
Feeling Good: you are doing something right in your life, you're aligning self with your desires.
Make sure you're aware when your mind starts to travel in the wrong direction, feeling bad is sign to watch out for.
When you start to feel bad, stop and take a breather and than decide what you want and why and imagine how it would feel if things were going your way.
4.
Cry it out:
Anger and negative emotions which are caused by something going wrong in your life is keeping you from being on the same wave length of your desires.
Many of us suppress negative feelings like anger, frustrations, and hurt.
We choose to pretend these negative feelings do not exist, because we hope things will eventually get better.
Occasionally, it helps to some extent, but your inner conflict still remains, and life won't get ay better.
Try doing this instead-
  • Write a Letter: When you cannot control your suppressed feelings any more, write to the Universe.
    Keep writing until you feel better.
  • Cry without reservation: You will instantly feel so much better.
    Find solitude and cry.
    After you've finished, you will feel instantly better.
Suppressed moods are not healthy for you, and you should do your best to get rid of them.
Do yourself a favor and release all those negative feelings that have festered inside of you for so long.
After those toxic feelings are eliminated, you will be ready to be on the receiving line for all good things to come.
