Victoria Davey "Tori" Spelling (38) and husband, Dean McDermott (44), announced that they are expecting their third baby in April 2011. Tori has had two previous cesareans with son Liam Aaron and daughter Stella Doreen.

Baby Hattie Margaret McDermott was born at 7:08 a.m. on October 10, 2011 via c-section.
