Work Place Handling by Team Leader and Less Efficiency

Team and its management is the key part in business developing. Business stands for the noble purpose and it's not only for individual purpose, but the platform is for social changes. A man develops within the organization with the help of different persons.

An employee when joining in the organization may have experiences or fresher but everybody is having the right to unearth suitable training by the Training Professional who must have authentic knowledge for guidance. But the thing is that a few industries do not have the time to offer quality instruction or they do not have the mind set to speed up employee knowledge.

When a new employee is joining in an organization, from the first day if that company asks for the productivity, then how can the employee produces best productivity? A company should memorize without training they can't expect best output from the employees. Somehow managing the situation if new employee starts work and deliver successful project also, after few days these employees would not be able to deliver assignments in right time.

In case the team leader is not cooperating with the employees, then what will happen? The team leader is accountable to make available every informational support to the new joiners.

A number of organizations do not have Training Department. They only recruit people to delivering the projects in particular time. A company may ask for quantity of the task but only expecting quantity of work within a fast dead line and avoiding stirring superior quality, can spoil the future of the organization.

Squeezing Tendency in work place can extract quantity, not the quality of work. Occasionally the employees like to assemble the target successfully before the dead line but to remain pressure intact on the employee; another work is raised with two to three hours dead line. Consequently unachievable target can ruin the confidence level of the employees.

An organization now and then thinks that an experienced Team Leader can teach the employees. So "there is no requirement of specialized trainer". But it's the wrong approach for the organization. A specialized trainer can solve many industrial problems and their motivational speech with professional approach boosts up employee spirit.  A company needs different departments. Team Leaders and Trainers are two different part of any organization. So they should play their individual role in the right direction that can motivate the employees 100%. Occasionally the leaders and their untrue behavior is the reason for the frustration of the employees and less productivity.
