We love making this fruit smoothie for anything from breakfast to a late evening snack. With lots of fresh fruit, low fat yogurt, and only a bit of sugar, it is highly nutritious and healthy! This recipe makes enough for two. Be sure to freeze the yogurt at least an hour before you want to enjoy your smoothie.
