To keep shoes smelling their freshest, or to remove that stinky no-sock smell from a pair of cute flats, place one Bounce dryer sheet in the bottom of each shoe and let sit overnight, says Rachel Hardage of Real Simple. For extra freshness on a daily basis, leave in whenever the shoes aren't worn, but make sure to remove before they are worn. For extra-stinky shoes, such as old gym shoes, place two sheets into each shoe and leave for a few days before wearing again.

    Freshening Dresser Drawers and Closets

    • Place one Bounce dryer sheet into a drawer or onto a closet shelf for renewed freshness. Renew the dryer sheet in either area once the freshness starts to fade. For large closets, use more than one sheet for maximum freshness.

    Quick Anti-Static Dress/Slip Wipes

    • For women with a static-attacked dress or dress slip, grab a Bounce Dryer Sheet and give the static areas a quick wipe both on top of the fabric and underneath near the skin. Wipe between a slip and dress to remove static there. The quick wipe also gives clothing a quick freshen. Use this method on other static areas, such as hair, television screens and computer monitors, Hardage recommends.

    Clean Caked-On Food From Dishes

    • For those caked-on pastas, sauces, baked-on burnt food--all those hard-to-scrub clean dishes, use Bounce. Hardage says to place a Bounce sheet into the pan with some water and let set overnight. When its dish-time the next day, the sheet has softened the food and scrubbing is much easier.
