For years we have been wondering why people on diets, as a majority don't lose weight. After all these years we came to the conclusion that it wasn't how much they were eating but what they were eating. So there was a program put together to change that with great results.

To see if we were correct we wanted to see if someone could actually gain unwanted fat by eating as much as they wanted for 5 weeks. So to test the theory that if you eat the right nutritional foods you could eat as much as you wanted and not gain fat. The only rule was that you couldn't eat any and all foods. You had to eat the approved foods in the program. You could eat as much as you wanted.

You're not going to believe what happened. The end result after 5 weeks of stuffing their face with as much healthy food as possible: Their body weight stayed the same! They didn't gain a single pound. We know that your first reaction is going to be that they must have a "fast metabolism" and that's why they didn't gain weight - But that is not true!

The truth is that none of them have a problem at all gaining weight when they overeat on junk food or processed food in general. We can guarantee you that if they were overeating on junk and processed foods during the 5 weeks, they would have gained a huge amounts of weight.

Fat loss does not have to be difficult, especially if you have a few tricks up your sleeve. By this we don't mean we would ever want you to take a dangerous, radical approach to your fat loss but only one that would be healthy and prove great results at the same time.

You just cannot get fat when you make the right food choices and you just can't help but burn fat off your body when you make the same great food choices
