Toothpaste Method

• 1). Remove any nail polish by dampening a cotton ball with nail polish remover and rubbing your nails with the damp cotton ball until the polish is gone.
  
  
• 2). Apply a small dot of peroxide-based toothpaste to each nail.
  
  
• 3). Brush your nails gently with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  
  
• 4). Rinse with clean water and apply cuticle oil according to the manufacturer's directions.
  
  
• 5). Repeat daily until your nails are white. Don't reapply nail polish until you are done with the treatment.
  
  

Lemon Juice Method

• 1). Remove any nail polish by dampening a cotton ball with nail polish remover and rubbing your nails with the damp cotton ball until the polish is gone.
  
  
• 2). Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.
  
  
• 3). Soak nails in lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  
  
• 4). Rinse nails and apply cuticle oil according to the manufacturer's directions.
  
  
• 5). Repeat twice a week until your nails are white. Don't reapply nail polish until you are done with the treatment.
  
  

Denture Tablet Method

• 1). Remove any nail polish by dampening a cotton ball with nail polish remover and rubbing your nails with the damp cotton ball until the polish is gone.
  
  
• 2). Dissolve a denture tablet according to the manufacturer's directions.
  
  
• 3). Soak your nails in the solution for 15 minutes.
  
  
• 4). Rinse nails and apply cuticle oil according to the manufacturer's directions.
  
  
• 5). Repeat three times a week until your nails are white. Don't reapply nail polish until you are done with the treatment.
