It seems more and more people are paying less attention to healthy food and consuming even less of them.

The foods will be no less delicious, yet they are definitely healthier.
Changing your lifestyle into a healthier one requires determination from your part.
At first, eating strictly high protein and low carb foods might seem a hassle.
