Value of a Warranty From Brighton Sauna
Does anyone know if Brighton Sauna is still in business? I bought a two person infrared sauna from them less than six months ago.
It cost several thousand dollars, and came with a warranty.
There have been several problems, which they took care of initially.
Several months ago, the fan starting making a racket, so I called the Brighton Co.
, left a message, and didn't hear back from them.
I decided to ignore it, as it would quiet after a little while.
After several months of use, the entire power switched off unexpectedly, while I was in the sauna.
I called the Brighton Co.
with no answer, and no call-back after leaving messages.
I tried "resetting" like a computer, by uplugging, waiting a few moments, replugging, and it came back on.
This process has repeated many times, the power turning off after several minutes of use.
Last week, the system failed and now it won't come back on no matter how long I leave it unplugged.
My electrician has assured me there is no problem with the power going into the sauna.
I haven't asked him to look into the sauna components themselves, as I don't want to void the warranty.
I have called several times, emailed, gone to their website, with no results.
The benefits of the infrared really can't be exaggerated.
My skin is smooth and soft.
Aches and pains vanish.
I began each day with a sauna.
Reading the Bible and praying, the sauna became my "prayer closet".
The instant I'd enter, even the smell of the wood was lovely.
Yesterday I had to go to a chiropractor for the first time since having the sauna.
It's costing me discomfort and money (as well as my prayer closet) not to have it up and running.
Anybody have any suggestions?
