How to Reseal Pool Tiles
- 1). Drain your pool completely. Clean the pool tiles to remove any dirt or residue and allow the tiles to dry before applying any sealant.
- 2). Pour a waterproof penetrating sealant into a paint tray. Apply the sealant to the tile with a paintbrush or paint roller, beginning at one end of the pool. Follow the grain of the tile and take care to apply a smooth, even coat.
- 3). Allow the sealant to dry for at least 24 hours, then apply a second coat of sealant in the same manner as the first.
- 4). Refill the pool with water after allowing the second coat of sealant to dry for 24 hours.
