If you have been having problems sleeping for a while, you might consider either an over the counter, or prescription medication to help you fall asleep at night.
While this may work for you, you should know that there are many side effects that people have had when taking them, and should consider this before trying any.
When you take a sleeping pill, you are supposed to dedicate 8 hours to sleep.
If you have 8 hours to sleep, that is perfect.
The problem is, sometimes people will take these pills, and then set their alarm for 6-7 hours later.
The problem is, while they may wake up, they can be groggy or drowsy, as the effects of the pill have not completely worn off yet.
This can cause problems, as you know that when you are groggy or drowsy, you can't concentrate or focus fully.
There have been cases where someone has taken a sleeping pill, and then did things that they didn't remember in the morning.
Most often is that people will get up and get a snack in the middle of the night, but there have even been cases in the news where people have gone and drove their car while still sleeping under the effects of the sleeping pills.
Sleeping pills can become addictive.
They are just meant to be temporary solutions, but if you have problems falling asleep every night, you might consider taking them more often.
If you still have problems falling asleep after a few nights, you might consider looking for alternative ways to fall asleep that don't include taking any medications.
There are many things you can do during the day and when you go to bed at night that can help you fall asleep faster, and stay asleep throughout the whole night.
Once you get used to some of these alternatives, you will find that you sleep better, and are more awake and alert the next day.
