Wheaton Shaklee Diet Challenge

I recently began a Weight loss and Fitness challenge. A group of people gathered in my home from my Wheaton Shaklee group. We also had a conference call for those to join us from out of town and out of state.

The story was similar with most of the participants. They wanted to have more energy, to feel better. Some had lost track of their fitness goals and put on a few pounds. Some had not lost weight since the birth of their child. Most agreed they loved the idea of a group they could be a part of, feel connected too those with similar goals. We will meet together regularly in person, on the phone and on Facebook where we will be accountable to each other, share successes, struggles, recipes, workout tips, all while we work towards losing those pesky pounds and inches that have found their way onto our bodies.

The main product line we are promoting in this fitness challenge is Cinch inch loss  from Shaklee. At Shaklee we get that losing weight can be as simple as it is difficult. Developed by Shaklee scientists, Cinch is an inch loss plan that is designed to help you break the yo-yo dieting cycle and get healthy for life. Once Cinch was developed Shaklee conducted a pre launch pilot study where participants used the full product line for a period of 12 weeks. The results were very encouraging. After the 12 weeks the average weight loss was 15.4 inches, the waist sizes decreased 4.1 inches and the hip sizes decreased by 2.6 inches. The participants retained  all their muscle mass which means that all the weight loss came from fat.Quite impressive clinical proof that Cinch works.

The products included in the program consist of a Soy protein Shake, meal bars, snack bars, energy tea and supplements. All the products were developed and designed to be used together for the most effective results. As we began our weight loss challenge and chose the product packs to begin with, I challenged out Wheaton Shaklee group to take a look at where they spent their money now as they looked at how Cinch might work into their budget. How often did they pick up coffee, tea, bagels, donuts? How much pop do they drink during the day?How often did they eat lunch or dinner out? What did their snack consist of?

Many of those usual expense will disappear and some will be shifted towards Cinch during this 12 week time frame. I challenged them to thing about this challenge an investment in their health. Will you lose weight on Cinch ? Yes if you follow the plan. Is the Cinch diet easy? Yes if you fit Cinch into your life....not look at fitting your life into a set Cinch program . We will all feel better and be healthier at the end of this challenge. I ask them AND YOU to consider putting themselves first and claiming the healthy body and life that awaits you. It will be a challenge but the pay off will be well worth it.
