How to Make a Vegetable Pasta Salad

      Pasta Salad with Vegetables is easy to make. You will want to prepare it a day ahead of serving so all of the flavors have an opportunity to blend together.

      Begin by cooking the pasta ruffles according to package directions.

      Chop up the vegetables

      Wash all of the vegetables well. Chop up the head of broccoli into bite sized pieces. Next, chop up the red onion and green pepper, and dice the Roma tomatoes. Mix all of the vegetables together. If you like cucumbers you can chop 1 or 2 up and add to your vegetable mixture.

      After the pasta ruffles are cooked and drained; add the vegetables to it.

    • 3). Add 1-8 ounce bottle of Zesty Italian Salad Dressing as well as 1/2 bottle of McCormick Pasta Salad Seasoning with cheese to the salad and stir throughly. Refrigerate overnight.

      Before serving the salad add the cubed mozerella cheese and the sliced black olives.
