Yoga: Energy Guru Exercises
When was the last time you had your brain bent? Mine was a few days ago when I heard this sentence and yes I heard it right.
"Every Problem is caused by its Solution.
" And I thought: "Are you serious? What does that even mean?" My brain went haywire I could actually feel it bending like a cell of light through a prism.
I got very still with this and then had the "ahhh" moment.
So if we work backwards from the solution we will see the source of the problem? Yes and yet...
It could be that the solutions are so readily available that we might create problems to test if the solution really holds up in reality.
Or it could be testing the equation that every problem has a solution.
The possibilities are almost endless.
The great thing is it got me to think differently by forcing me to access a different perspective than any I currently had in place.
Quite literally it opened my third eye.
I got me back into a very intuitive state.
I'm not saying this will have the same effect on you but notice how you grapple with this saying watch the effect this has one you.
Now imagine if we dealt with each situation of each day with that kind of wonder, enthusiasm, openness, and interest.
Would you have a much more exciting, delightful, prosperous life? I could go out and find lots of amazing mind-bending sayings or give you a couple things I hope will alter your entire being in much the same way.

To get clear do this: Hands Shaking Shake it all off Sitting straight, shake the hands on both sides of the head, close to the ears.
Keep the wrists loose and the fingers semi tight.
For added benefit, close the eyes and focus in the center of brows.

Bend the knees if necessary.
When inhaling, lift trunk and head parallel to the floor.
Exhale in three-parts, lowering head and trunk towards the floor in three equal parts.
1-2 minutes Gift This pumping motion activates the spinal fluid up and down the spine and through the brain.
Allows your legs and spine to stretch.
The enhanced breath helps release overwhelming feelings.
