Firefox

• 1). Open the Firefox browser and click the "Tools" menu item. Select "Options" from the choices.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Content" tab. This opens a window that allows you to disable and enable Java and JavaScript.
  
  
• 3). Check the box labeled "Enable JavaScript." Click the "OK" button and close the Settings window.
  
  

Internet Explorer

• 1). Open a the browser and click the "Tools" menu item. Select "Internet Options" from the list.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Security" tab. This tab has the settings to enable or disable Java and JavaScript.
  
  
• 3). Click "Internet Zone" and select "Default Level." This lowers the security, allowing JavaScript to run without being blocked by the browser. Click the "OK" button and close the Settings window.
