Candida Antifungal Treatment - Is It Ok to Take GSE Whilst Breastfeeding?

My friend asked if it is OK to take antifungals (GSE) whilst breastfeeding.
His wife has recently started a yeast/sugar-free diet and is feeling a bit below par, possibly due to the dying candida cells.
He wants to know if there is any chance these "chemicals" and/or the antifungals could get passed through the breast milk.
From my experience, we have to watch our baby carefully.
I gave my baby yeast because she bit my nipples and she stopped babbling, was in excruciating pain, had the shakes was miserable.
